Welcome back after our short break in June, I missed you all. We are back on schedule now and I hope to see you all for the July 16,2014 lunch and learn. RECIPE OF THE MONTH
8 OZ PACKAGE CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED (YOU CAN USE LIGHT CREAM CHEESE IF DESIRED)
1/3 CUP MAYONNAISE
2 TABLESPOONS OF PREPARED HORSERADISH
2 BUNCHES GREEN ONIONS WITH TOPS, CHOPPED
¼ TEASPOON SEASONED SALT
1 TABLESPOON CHOPPED FRESH PARSLEY (IF N/A USE DRIED)
1 6-8 OZ PACKAGE OF IMITATION CRAB (CRAB SHAPES) OR FRESH CRAB IF YOU CAN GET IT!
COMBINE CREAM CHEESE, MAYO, HORSERADISH, GREEN ONION & SALT IN MIXING BOWL; BLEND THOUROUGHLY.
FOLD IN PARSLEY AND CRAB. CHILL 4 HRS OR OVERNIGHT.
SERVE WITH CRACKERS OR PITA CHIPS
