A Note from your CMSA President
I am glad to let you know that we will be able to resume lunch and learns the 3rd Wednesday of every other month starting August. For August we will plan just a greet and meet with lunch. Below is the criteria that Tristar Centennial is adhering to so please follow these instructions for us to continue to provide education and networking with all of you. Please respond with RSVP of attendance since we have to space folks out to accommodate the social distancing. I am so excited to see you all again
This is the information about vendor visits/ gatherings:
- As visitors enter, the Screener will ensure visitors are masked appropriately.
- For large meetings, everyone should wear a mask since it is not possible to poll everyone for vaccination status.
- If eating a meal during the meeting, masks should be worn before eating and immediately again after eating and tables/chairs should be positioned to provide for
- 6 ft distancing apart.
We also want to emphasize to the guests that they should come directly to 3T for the meeting and leave immediately after.
It is only appropriate for vendors to visit a patient or CM/SW if they are registered with the Verified Professionals system. They should wear their company’s badge as well as the VPro badge/sticker from the Kiosk at the Information Desk and then proceed to their appt with the CM, per the vendor policy. Below is the site in case anyone needs information to register:
